This policy covers the Studio marketing site operated by GravitasLabs. It explains what personal data we collect through this site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

This site collects personal data in one place only: the contact form (“Talk to us”) and the demo request form. When you submit one of those, we receive:

• your name, company, work email address and, if you give it, your role;
• the message you write and which enquiry type you selected;
• the date and time you submitted it, and a record that you ticked the consent box;
• the IP address the request came from, and your browser's user-agent string.

We keep the last two to detect and limit automated abuse of the form. Nothing else on this site collects personal data: there are no analytics, no advertising tags, and no tracking cookies.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no browser storage.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use your details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if a conversation follows, to carry it on. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We do not use your details for marketing unrelated to the enquiry you raised, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. It is handled by the service providers that run this site on our behalf — our hosting provider and our database and email providers — who process it only on our instructions. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

The demo configurator

“Try the demo” opens a separate application at a different address, which asks for your name and email before it lets you in. That application collects and stores those details itself; this policy does not cover it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we will.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or restrict what we do with it. You can withdraw your consent at any time — that does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes to how we use data you have already given us will be notified to you directly.
