These terms govern your use of the Studio marketing website operated by GravitasLabs. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this site is

This site describes a product and is for information only. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, or a contract. Any engagement with GravitasLabs is governed by a separate written agreement.

Product name

“Studio” is a working product name. Trademark clearance is pending and it is not yet a confirmed mark. We may change it.

Accuracy

We take care to keep this site accurate, but we give no warranty that it is complete, current or error-free. Product visuals are illustrative; some are drawn from internal design comps and do not necessarily depict the delivered product. Engagement and performance figures cited from third-party industry sources such as Nielsen and Stackla are directional and are reproduced as published — we do not warrant them and you should verify them before relying on them.

Third-party names and marks

Manufacturer names, model names, logos and other marks that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners. Where we name a client, we do so to describe work GravitasLabs has delivered. “VELA” is a fictional marque used for demonstration and does not refer to any real manufacturer.

Our content

All content on this site — text, design, graphics, code and video — belongs to GravitasLabs or its licensors. You may view it and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, adapt or use it commercially without our written permission.

The demo

“Try the demo” opens a separate application at a different address, under its own terms. It is provided for evaluation only, as-is and without warranty, and we may change or withdraw it at any time. Anything you create in it may be deleted without notice.

Enquiries you send us

Do not send confidential or commercially sensitive information through the contact form. Information you submit is handled as described in our privacy policy. Do not submit anyone else's personal data without their permission, and do not use the form for unlawful, abusive or automated purposes.

Availability

We may change, suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We do not guarantee it will be available uninterrupted.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, GravitasLabs is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Where we link to other sites we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.

Governing law
